In New Zealand, the la dolce vita theme has been re-imagined into ‘PEAT-ZZERIA, ’a playful fusion of peat and pizza. Ardbeg On Premise Embassy venue Kemuri Hi-Fi will bring the concept to life on Saturday 30 May with smoky whisky tastings, Ardbeg Dolce-inspired cocktails and pizza pairings designed to complement Ardbeg’s unmistakable peated character. Expect woodfired flavours, Mediterranean-inspired hospitality and the bold spirit of Ardbeg, delivered with a distinctly Islay twist.
