MasterChef Australia Nat Thaipun has collaborated with Pullman Hotels and Resorts and her exclusive dishes have officially landed in Auckland CBD!
Pullman Auckland’s Tapestry Bar & Terrace’s a-la-carte menu now has has limited edition Nat Thaipun dishes available for lunch and dinner daily, from $9.
These include:
- Oysters & Coconut, fresh with finger lime, coconut and makrut leaf oil, $9ea
- Larb Beef Tartare with spiced marinade, fish sauce and rice crackers, $27
- Lamb Ribs with Panang curry sauce, $29
Expect bold flavours, a fun twist, and plenty of stunning local produce.
The collaboration was born of an Asia-Pacific-wide culinary partnership between Pullman Hotels & Resorts and Nat Thaipun. Each Pullman Hotel has their own selection of Nat’s dishes.
Nat Thaipun x Pullman Auckland dishes are now available at Tapestry Bar & Terrace at Pullman Auckland, until the end of July 2026. Prices vary and walk-ins are welcome.
