Cassia is on the move!
Award-winning modern Indian restaurant Cassia is on the move, announcing plans to relocate from its current home within the SkyCity dining precinct this winter.
Cassia’s final service at SkyCity will be dinner on Friday, 5 June 2026 and the restaurant’s new home will be a previously unoccupied corner site owned and managed by Pro-invest Group at Albert and Wyndham Streets, beside voco Auckland City Centre. Until then, you can still enjoy the current summer menu alongside popular initiatives such as Biriyani Thursdays. Bookings for the remaining services are available here.
Owners, husband and wife duo Sid and Chand Sahrawat have found a new home at SkyCity for their much-loved restaurant, bringing with them all the deliciousness we know and love from their ever-popular Fort Lane location.
With plush interiors and a mouth-watering menu, Cassia is a welcome addition to SkyCity's vibrant dining scene. The menu boasts a delicious range of dishes, including old favourites like the roasted carrot with vindaloo and cashews, as well as exciting new additions - think tandoori chicken tacos, a decadent chocolate, coffee and miso dessert and so much more. With an extensive drinks list to match the cuisine dining at Cassia is an experience not to be missed.
