Scarecrow is one of the jewels in the city's crown for food lovers.
Scarecrow is an an urban oasis in the heart of the city, serving fresh food and Kokako organic coffee, plus an extensive range of artisan grocery and gift items, and daily fresh flowers.
Designed by award winning architectural designer, Peter Were, the now spacious, urban oasis combines the feel of a European bistro and a distinct local farmers market.
Inside is a carefully curated selection of local food, boutique wine and beer, beverages, chocolates, flowers and gifts - a place people can relax in a quietly sophisticated urban space while still being in touch with the natural environment, with Albert Park on the doorstep.
For Scarecrow, great food isn’t just about the ingredients; it’s about where it comes from, who makes it, how it makes it way to the plate, and finally, how it’s enjoyed. Scarecrow stewards this process every step of the way.
